Madison, WI

Started walk 7:30 p.m.

It was a hot, muggy, evening walk that I took with my wife. In fact, it was her walk and I invited myself. So technically, maybe I can not call it MY walk. But, since we took the same paths -- I will.

It looked like a storm brewing but nothing fell from the sky. We came across a big snapping turtle near the end of the walk. It was prepared to cross a very busy road. I decided to interfere with nature and moved the turtle to a natural area with a stone wall between the turtle and its original destination.

Don Nilo Gran Cru maduro cigar -- good flavor, uneven burn. No coffee
