Started walk 7:00 a.m.

It was a sunny, brisk morning. I started out a little late because I needed the sleep. I didn't take a walk yesterday because I took my oldest daughter to the airport to catch a 6:00 a.m. flight back to school.

There was green frog spawn spotted all over the still water. At least I think it's frog spawn.

I'm pretty sure I saw the Dr. Suess duck copulating with a male mallard. That would make it a Ms. Dr. Suess-type duck. There were three male mallards and the Ms. Dr. Suess Duck in the water. One of the mallards was on top of the Dr. Suess duck and the other two mallards were watching. The male mallard poked it's beak into the back of the Dr. Suess duck's head, forcing it down into the water. Time will tell if this observation is only my imagination. Later this Spring, if I see any unusual ducklings, we will know for sure if it's Mr. Dr. Suess-type duck or Mrs. Dr. Suess-type duck.

Coffee -- Costa Rican -- good. Hot Muffin AND a FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie from the bread shop. A Don Kiko cigar.
