Started walk at 6:45 a.m.

Rain today. Or, if you will, a light drizzle. Needless to say, with rain you also get an overcast sky.

It has been raining since yesterday afternoon and I was a little concerned that the trials would be a mess. They were a little muddy in parts, but in general, they were fine to walk on. The walk went quick and to be honest I don't even remember all of it. I must have been preoccupied.

The ducks reclaimed the island. Now that the island is completely surrounded by water, it must have some sort of strategic significance.
