Started walk at 6:10 a.m.

Jimmy didn't see his shadow but Punxsutawney Phil did. Who ya gonna believe? According to the folks in Sun Prairie, Jimmy has over a 75% accuracy rate whereas Puxs is under 50%.

It was dark, overcast and misting this morning. No hint of the sun on the horizon. The sidewalks were slippery in spots but easy to walk on. Likewise, the trails were well packed and easy to travel on.

I didn't see or hear any birds except a few crows at the end of the walk and ducks in the pond and around the island. It was a quiet walk. It is February. Coffee -- Costa Rican -- Excellent. Muffin today -- Cranberry -- Fair.
