Robert Stoehr is the Chairman of RHS Companies, Inc.
Mr. Stoehr has twenty five years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, Property
Management and Business Management. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing, Real Estate Investment and Urban Land Economics from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied under the late James A. Graaskamp. Mr. Stoehr has been involved in the following product types over the course of his career.

Most recently Mr. Stoehr was the CEO of The Great Lakes Companies, Inc. (GLC).
GLC closed on a successful public offering in December 2004 and is currently traded on the NASDAQ under the name Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. He joined the group in
May of 1995 and left in April of 2001. During that time period GLC grew exponentially. $350 million of property was developed or acquired and the company grew from
5 people to 1500 in that time period. Geographically the company's activities started in Wisconsin and branched out into eight states from Minnesota to Massachusetts.
Mr. Stoehr is a self-starter who is recognized as an excellent problem solver with impeccable integrity.
