Michael S. Green is the President of RHS Companies, Inc.
Mr. Green is responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial, hospitality
and residential real estate development company. His duties include the coordination of the acquisition, disposition, financing and the legal activities of operating development company
and development projects.
Prior to joining RHS Companies, Inc., Mr. Green was a Partner with
Michael Best & Friedrich LLP. Working with their Business and Real Estate Practice Groups, Mr. Green's
practice included all facets of business and real estate law, as well as related areas of municipal and
construction law. He represented national real estate developers in commercial and residential developments,
acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Green also represented lenders both locally and nationally in conventional, tax exempt
and taxable real estate and corporate financings. Other clients included both purchasers and sellers in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Between February, 1990 - August, 1994, Mr. Green was the Director of Facilities and Events for
the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department. His responsibilities included management, scheduling, maintenance, and new development of all athletic facilities.
His duties also included the coordination and contract negotiations of all events staged at University athletic facilities, including NCAA and professional sporting events,
and international music performances. He was also responsible for the coordination of planning for Kohl Center, a University multi-purpose facility.
