Christine M. Landes is the Director of Finance for the RHS Companies, Inc.
As Director of Finance, Ms. Landes brings to RHS twenty years of financial experience
in Real Estate Development, Construction, Property Management and Business Management. Ms. Landes is a CPA with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Management.
She has been involved the following product types over the course of her career.
- Hospitality - Full and Limited Service Hotels
- Hospitality - Indoor WaterPark Resort
- Commercial Real Estate - Retail and Office
- Residential Land Development
- Residential Multi-family Development and Property Management
- Section 42 Older Adult Apartments
- Assisted Living Facilities
- Residential Construction
From December 2000 to December 2004, Ms. Landes operated her own
accounting/consulting business catering to small businesses and residential rental properties.
Prior to that, Ms. Landes was the Vice President of Finance at
Great Lakes Companies, Inc. (GLC). She joined the group in May of 1995 and left in December of 2000.
